A. Zero Tolerance Anti-Spam Policy
We have a Zero Tolerance policy for unsolicited emails.
Prohibited Activities:
- Bulk Marketing Emails - Sending promotional emails to multiple recipients
- Cold Emailing - Contacting people who haven't explicitly requested communication
- Newsletters - Mass distribution of newsletters or updates
- "Opt-in" Lists - Even if recipients "opted in," use services like Mailchimp for marketing emails
⚠️ Immediate Termination
If your account is flagged for spam, it will be terminated immediately without notice or refund.
B. Usage Limits & Acceptable Use
✅ Allowed Uses:
- Personal & Professional communication (CVs, job applications)
- Client communication and project updates
- Invoices and business correspondence
- One-on-one professional emails
❌ Prohibited Uses:
- Illegal content or activities
- Phishing or fraudulent emails
- Harassment or abusive content
- Any activity that violates local or international laws
E. IP Reputation Protection
To ensure high deliverability for all engineers, we prohibit the use of:
1. Email Warm-up Services
Any automated tool designed to artificially simulate conversation. These services damage our network reputation and are strictly prohibited.
2. Bulk Outreach
Sending the same (or similar) message to new contacts who have not requested it. This includes cold emailing, mass marketing, and automated outreach campaigns.
3. Purchased Lists
Emailing anyone who hasn't explicitly opted-in to hear from you. Even if you purchased a "verified" list, sending to these contacts violates our policy.
💡 Remember: This account is for professional one-to-one communication only. Use services like Mailchimp, SendGrid, or similar platforms for marketing emails and newsletters.
F. Enforcement
Violations are detected automatically by our upstream providers.
If your account is flagged:
- Your outgoing mail will be paused instantly to protect network reputation
- Your account may be permanently terminated without prior warning
- No refunds will be issued for Terms of Service violations
- You will not be able to create a new account after termination
Note: Our monitoring systems work 24/7. There is no "grace period" or "first warning" for violations that damage network reputation. Prevention is the only protection.
C. Refund Policy
✅ 100% Refund Available:
If your account cannot be set up for technical reasons beyond your control, you will receive a full refund.
❌ NO REFUND:
If your account is terminated due to:
- Spam or bulk emailing violations
- Terms of Service violations
- Illegal activity
- Abuse of the service
D. Additional Terms
By using our service, you agree to:
- Use the email account responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Report any suspicious activity immediately
- Accept that we reserve the right to monitor email activity to prevent abuse
- Understand that account termination for violations is final and non-negotiable
